New Experiences...

What's the world all about? Pushing it to the edge of the envelope and pulling it back in (a la the movie, Top Gun). It's gotta be about new experiences, getting out of your comfort zone and expanding. So, in the name of that... I went to Miller Motorsports Park last Friday and shot the American Le Mans Series out on the track for testing.

As adamant an anti-race guy I was, I gotta say... I was actually entertained by the cars. Now, don't get me wrong. I hate NASCAR, and I don't foresee a change in my feelings towards it. I mean at no point in my life do I think I would fit in with someone like this! But, the ALMS was cool because they actually raced cars you see on the streets.

Plus, I am really trying to take my photography to the next level and shooting racing is a good way to test your skills. My next ambition is to shoot downhill mountain bike racing next week!
